Larry Montgomery, AGNP-C

Larry is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He is a graduate of Spring Arbor University’s Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Program and holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Health Informatics from Western Governors University.

Previously, Larry served as owner and provider at Primary Care of Oklahoma, vice president of operations for Restore Home Healthcare of Oklahoma, and as a home-based provider for the Atrium Health Navicent Family Medicine Program.

Larry is married to Rev. Sara Pugh Montgomery, the senior pastor at Centenary Church. Together they have four children — Ethan, Ruth, and twins Millie and Olive.
